One of Reliance Timber’s newest products on the block is C&Btr Douglas Fir which, for those who may not be in the know, stands for C & Better, or clear, grade Fir. This variety is entirely free from defects and has no visible wood knots throughout. The grading means that we cut this wood to highlight the wood fiber’s light and dark straight grain pattern. Another perk of this product is that it is less likely to warp, so if you are looking for something solid and hardy to last through every season, this could be an excellent choice. It’s also ideal for exterior millwork.
